@"SuperBart"#p95264 事实上，之前拿高铁清洁袋也寄出过，现在的邮政，只要你的信息面是干净的，不影响辨识和扫描一般都会揽收，主要还是看业务员愿不愿意通融，保守还是去柜台寄，有问题当面就给你指出来了，只要柜台收了一般后面没人会拦的，毕竟你已经寄出来了，而且分拣一般都是自动化，投递部给你退回相对会更麻烦，他们还是愿意给你继续投

随你的便理论是理论实操是实操这种自己折的完全可以寄出尺寸不要小于14*9、长宽比不要小于1.4 （UPU规定）就可以了，否则会干扰自动分拣机

实操一般都可以。但不建议。严格来说不行。
取消邮政监制是国家邮政局22年初发的公告；对公告之日前库存的、印有生产监制信息的邮政业用品用具，生产企业、寄递企业在2022年12月31日前予以处理。自2023年1月1日起，生产、销售、使用邮政业用品用具不得再印制生产监制信息。

但是取消监制不等于任意形式的信封都可以，实际上有些省、市局发过补充通知说明信封仍旧需要符合国家标准。标准是 GB/T 1416-2021 ，你这种A4对折的，不符合标准。

也就是说，取消监制单纯是取消监制，没说自制信封不符合标准可以使用。但我说了，实操一般都可以，这是因为收寄营业未必懂得这里面的细节，懂的未必愿意严格执行；去惹个投诉。

如果你要自制信封，参考 https://std.samr.gov.cn/gb/search/gbDetailed?id=D4BEFFF4EAC4B241E05397BE0A0AF581 制作即可，最低要求起码尺寸上符合一种制式参数。
