@"ymzhang"#p94435 由于实体操作证制卡需要一段时间，所以操作证号会提前出来。追求效率的话，在操作证号出来后，同时你也购买/自制了符合规范的电台设备后，就可以提交设台申请。未取得操作证和电台执照，可以在受持证操作员监督的情况下，操作设备，操作进行的发射功率和频率不超过监督者的操作技术水平。

我感觉自己设台最快的办法就是先准备好电台（最好买带核准码的设备），把申请表能填的先填好，然后考取操作证，出证号之后把申请表补全就可以设台了。我们南通是全程线上操作的，批准之后执照直接邮寄给你的（给江苏南通无管部门点赞），各地操作细节不同仅供参考😄

网上申办，审批后，有了呼号，就是有了电台执照，现在部分地区已经开始推行电子执照和电子操作证，慢慢的可能会停止发放实体证件。

合法通联的前提是有呼号，呼号是绑定执照的。最快是等有电子版执照以后。

操作证下来后，要向工信部申请设台，设台批准后才可以！

I feel the fastest way to set up a radio station is to first prepare the equipment (ideally, purchase equipment with approved codes), fill out as much of the application form as possible, then obtain the operator's license, and complete the application after receiving the license. In Nantong, we operate entirely online; once approved, the license will be mailed directly to you (giving a thumbs up to Jiangsu Nantong without any management department). Details may vary depending on the location, so this is just for reference.😄
