This is a short-boom, eight-element antenna. A key feature of this antenna is that the two arms of the reflector section are separated in the middle, and it uses a balanced line for 180-degree feed. In the photo, the balanced feed line has not yet been installed. The advantage is that the boom is less than 1 meter long, making it easy to install. The disadvantage is that its gain is lower than traditional eight-element antennas, with a free space gain of only 6.55 dBi.
