The ones that have been turned are brass-colored. If you're willing to disassemble them destructively, and there's a place where you can drill a hole, you can drill a hole through the center of the cylindrical section that is large enough to accommodate a high-strength, long, rod-like object (brass is a brittle material, so the diameter of the hole should not exceed 2/3 of the diameter of the cylinder), then insert the screwdriver and apply strong force in the direction of the threads to loosen it. If the methods above fail or are not applicable, cut through the hollow antenna tube and its connection to the brass piece. Using the standard thread table (brass column thread outer diameter approximately 1/2), select a drill bit with a similar thread profile. Drill down from the center of the cylindrical axis to an appropriate distance (not exceeding the length of the threads on this antenna, which could damage the base). Then, use a tap with a corresponding nominal diameter to forcefully drive it downwards until the brass piece is loosened.
If the attempt fails again, find the thread specifications for this type of antenna. Use a drill with a diameter approximately 1mm less than the thread to drill straight inward from the center (while drilling, check that it doesn't damage the base). Next, use tools like a file and screwdriver to remove and clean up the remaining brass parts.
