I haven't used the U-Bear radios, so I can't offer any specific opinions about them. Are you looking for a public address system?
The N76 has a comprehensive set of features (including Bluetooth, full-featured APRS, and the ability to write frequencies via mobile phone), as well as excellent automatic decoding of SSTV and network channels.
Please note that APRS will consume more power when it is turned on. A 5W transmit power is just sufficient (neither 5W nor 10W can work, so it's better to use a good antenna).
Additionally, the N76 sacrificed the seat charger in order to achieve waterproofing, and it only has one TYPE-C port for charging; both the microphone and headphone jack are also screw-mounted.
