I know that obtaining a C-license requires studying for about a year and a half, and it's this reason that I posted asking for help.
1. I don't have much money, and I'm a bit embarrassed about it. I want to take the exam, but I don't need an expensive test-taking setup; as long as I meet the requirements.
2、 Some people might suggest connecting with a local ham radio operator. I'm fortunate enough to have one in my city who is also studying for the B license, and we can visit each other's stations.
3. Regarding communication modes, CW is fine; there's no need to worry about learning CW, which could affect interest and enthusiasm. Since I'm aiming for the C license, I won't do it that way.
4、The "Taizi Plan" involves a budget of approximately 300-500.
