The biggest problem with using thermal paper for QSL cards is that it fades very easily. Since QSL cards are records of communication and need to be kept for a long time, I recommend finding a local printing shop or ordering custom prints online. The card material should be something sturdy like copperplate paper. For the front, you can choose a coated option, but avoid coating the back since it needs to be written on. Coating can help extend the preservation time. However, QSL cards usually have size restrictions, and this type is too small. It's difficult to store (especially when combined with the previous one), and it's also not very noticeable at first glance; I thought it was a restaurant receipt at first.
