⚫我是那种比较刻板的农村家庭的孩子，2年级的暑假还是寒假快结束的时候，听同学说他在亲戚家用电脑搜了假期作业上的一道脑筋急转弯： _上通下不通，下通上不通，要通两头通，不通都不通，(打四个字通)_ 我反复问他是不是他自己打字搜的，我觉得那很牛逼 ⚫初中的时候觉得，有个自己的网站，通过一条链接就可以给别人展示自己的内容很牛逼 ⚫大学才有了自己的第一台电脑，摸索着有了自己真正意义上的博客，不过后面写的很少了。虽然不是科班的，但在这期间从python入门，也是因为感兴趣，慢慢慢慢领会了编程方面的流程，思想。后来从兴趣/生活需要的角度也做了些自己能用的小玩意，我觉得我又牛逼了。 ⚫ **经历了种种之后，晚熟的我才明白做一件事、一个产品，并运营下去需要何种的能力与机遇。**特别是做网络产品，面对的不是实际的顾客，而是有可能很抽象的“网友”。从论坛和官方群里一些不和谐的人或事到短期的闭站，我能理解运营团队所面对的问题和困难(或许比我理解的还难呢😂)，能坚持下来真的非常可贵，运营团队真牛逼。 ⚫感谢hamcq运营团队做出了这样的产品，不管是什么`“可以去论坛问问”`、还是什么`“挂人论坛，我现在都不上了”`，我觉得起码能说明在咱们圈子里hamcq还是挺有影响力的哈哈，当然本人在论坛中也获得了很多对自己有用的内容。 ⚫希望运营团队和论坛都能顺顺利利，越来越好。

In 2025, the community achieved a total of 800,000 views and impressions, with 3,640 new users and 43,000 discussions. Financially, we received sponsorship revenue of 926.03 yuan, totaling 12,983.8 yuan in expenses. While the development pace has slowed down, we are still continuously optimizing.

It is worth noting that members of the HamCQ community have been involved in developing the CRAC site for the Chinese Amateur Radio Festival 2025, including backend management, frontend query functionality, and on-call response. This represents a continuous four-year effort to provide technical support to enthusiasts.

Over the past few years, the community has undergone significant changes. We have been using our limited free time to promote community development, and everything is still in progress. With everyone's support, we are always moving forward.

• I was a fairly conventional child from a rural family. During the summer or winter vacation in second grade, when my classmates were talking about it, one of them mentioned that he had found a brain teaser related to their homework on his relative's computer:
Upper and lower are disconnected, lower and upper are disconnected; to connect both ends, if either is not connected, then neither is. (Connecting with four characters)
I kept asking him if he was typing and searching himself, and I thought that was really impressive.
• When I was in middle school, I thought it would be amazing to have my own website where I could share my content with others through a single link.
• The university provided me with my first computer, and I started experimenting with creating a real blog. However, I didn't write much after that. Although I wasn't formally trained, I learned Python through self-study and gradually gained an understanding of programming processes and concepts. Later, I also created some small tools for personal use based on my interests and needs, which made me feel even more accomplished.
⚫ After going through various experiences, I finally understood that creating and sustaining a product or business requires specific skills and opportunities.Specifically, when dealing with online products, the target audience is not actual customers but rather abstract "internet users." From conflicts and issues arising in forums and official groups to temporary site closures, I understand the challenges and difficulties faced by the operating team (which may be even more complex than I initially thought).😂), it's truly remarkable that they were able to sustain themselves. The operating team is really impressive.
