4. In the subsequent table that appears, fill in Country Without Table 17 as you have filled it out for yourself.
Please note that when filling out the form, if the content on this page does not match with Form 17 of the National Regulations, the application will be rejected.
5. Click Next to proceed to the material submission interface.
Submit the front and back of your ID, along with documents 国无管表17 and 国无管表19 sequentially. Then click "submit," and a page will appear indicating that the application is successful.The "shipping" field can be left blank; currently, Hubei Province does not issue physical licenses, and all licenses are electronic.
