One year ago, the community launched a "repeater lookup" feature, and currently there are a total of 546 repeater entries recorded.
When this feature was launched, pre-defined relay information had already been set up. All users who want to publish relay information must check the box "I have read and understand the rules for using relays on this site," and the protocol reading status and agreement time must be fixed at the code level. After real-name authentication is completed, they can then publish the information to ensure its reliability and security.

A ham radio repeater is a type of ham radio station that operates in the amateur radio frequency band, similar to other ham radio stations. However, unlike other ham radio stations, a ham radio repeater is set up for use by all hams within its coverage area.
Please read the following terms carefully. If you disagree with any of the terms in this guideline, you may choose not to publish or use information about the HamCQ community amateur radio repeater (hereinafter referred to as "repeater").
Upon successfully publishing repeater information and using repeater information, you (hereinafter referred to as "user") fully accept all terms and conditions under this specification.
I. General Provisions
To facilitate communication for amateur radio enthusiasts and establish a good communication environment, the HamCQ community has developed the "HamCQ Community Amateur Radio Repeater Information Usage Guidelines."
II. Rules Explanation
Article 1: Before publishing repeater information or using repeater information, the user has already been aware of relevant regulations such as the "Regulations on Wireless Telegraph Management of the People's Republic of China," the "Regulations on Allocation of Radio Frequencies in the People's Republic of China," and the "Management Regulations for Amateur Radio Stations," including but not limited to:
1. The settings and technical parameters of amateur repeaters should comply with the regulations of both national and local radio management authorities in the area where they are installed.
2. Amateur repeater stations should have a designated person responsible for monitoring and management, along with effective remote control capabilities.
3. Amateur repeater stations should provide equal service to all amateur radio stations within their coverage area and make publicly available all technical parameters required for using the amateur repeater station.
4. The frequencies used by amateur radio stations must comply with the "Regulations on the Allocation of Radio Frequencies of the People's Republic of China." When using frequencies for amateur or satellite amateur business as secondary activities, or when sharing frequencies with primary businesses, users must adhere to the regulations set forth by the relevant radio management authorities regarding the use of those frequencies.
5. The amateur repeater's technical specifications meet national standards, and its operating environment is safe and reliable.
6. Amateur radio stations are provided for individuals to use for communication, technical research, and self-training. The following activities are prohibited on amateur radio stations:
(1) Publishing or disseminating information that violates laws or public morals;
(ii) Engaging in commercial or other profit-making activities;
(iii) Interfering with communication between other radio stations;
(4) Other activities prohibited by law and administrative regulations.
7. Amateur radio stations are prohibited from transmitting and receiving signals that are unrelated to amateur business or satellite amateur business, and from disseminating or publishing information about non-amateur business and satellite amateur business that is unintentionally received.
8. The communication objects of amateur radio stations should be limited to other amateur radio stations. In the event of major natural disasters or other emergencies, amateur radio stations can communicate with non-amateur radio stations, but they must promptly report to the local radio management agency, and their communications should be limited to emergency matters directly related to rescue and disaster relief or tasks assigned by relevant departments involved in emergency response.
Article 2: The repeater information published by users must be used effectively to utilize amateur radio frequencies, properly set up amateur repeaters, and maintain the order of radio communications, thereby promoting the orderly operation of amateur radio activities.
Article 3: Before publishing repeater information, users must complete the verification process based on phone number and other personal information on this platform, and have already read the "User Agreement" and "Community Guidelines" of the HamCQ community.
Article 4: Any use of the HamCQ community services and data, either directly or indirectly through various means (such as RSS feeds and external API references), will be considered unconditional acceptance of all content in this agreement. If a user has any objections to any provision of this agreement, they should immediately cease using the service.
Article 5: The HamCQ community is a platform for sharing, disseminating, and accessing information. Users can publish repeater information within the community, which becomes publicly available. Other third parties can also access this information published by users through the community. Any user who publishes information implicitly acknowledges that it is public information. Any user who does not want their information to be known by other third parties should not publish it on the community.
Article 6: Users agree not to use the HamCQ community or any information about repeater stations published therein, either directly or indirectly, for purposes that violate Chinese law or social norms. The HamCQ community reserves the right to remove content that violates this agreement.
III. Disclaimer
Article 1: The HamCQ community reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review information about repeater stations posted by users. If a user violates any of the above rules while using the HamCQ community, the HamCQ community or its authorized personnel have the right to require the user to correct their behavior or take all necessary measures (including, but not limited to, modifying or deleting content posted by the user, suspending or terminating the user's rights to use the HamCQ community) to mitigate the impact of the user's inappropriate conduct.
Article 2: The HamCQ community cannot guarantee the accuracy of repeater information posted by users.
Article 3: As the publisher of content on the repeater, the user is responsible for all content they publish. Any disputes arising from the published content are solely the responsibility of the content publisher. The HamCQ community bears no legal or joint liability.
