I recently looked into the DSD Plus digital audio decoding tool, and I found that the new version doesn't include a tutorial. So, I'm posting this thread to document my experience.
For new users, please point out any issues with your first post.
Indsdplus.comAfter downloading and installing the latest version of DSD+, extract it to a folder. I'm wondering if the Chinese directory name will cause any issues.

Based on my analysis of the Notes.txt file, single-frequency decoding primarily uses the following three files: 1R.bat, FMP24-VC.bat, and FMP24.ScanList.
Devices using the RTL2832U chip use the FMP24 program.
The Airspy device uses the FMPA program.
Using the SDRPlay RSP2 device with the FMPP program.
Subsequently, you need to start 1R.bat, which is the startup program for DSD+.

This is the contents of the file 1R.bat.

This is the content of FMP24-VC.bat. The port numbers in both files should be consistent; otherwise, the DSD+ log will display "FMPx link error = -5", indicating that FMP and DSD+ were unable to connect successfully.

FMP24.ScanList is used to define the frequencies for custom scans.

You can use the English semicolon to comment out examples, for example, in<EOF>Write down the frequencies you intend to monitor at the top.

You can create a batch file to open two executable files at once.

This FMP software is actually a simple SDR application. The title box displays the modulation mode, frequency step, bandwidth, gain, and ppm.
The narrow, vertical white bar represents the frequency being monitored, corresponding to the lower white line. The wider, white bar in the middle is the amplified version of the narrow bar, corresponding to the green line.

In the FMP command-line window, you can type "/" to view help, which introduces some commonly used shortcuts here:
S = Automatically scan the frequencies pre-defined in FMP24.ScanList
G/g = Increase/Decrease gain
P/p = Increase/Decrease (ppm)
You can adjust the frequency by entering numbers using the keyboard, with units in MHz.

In the DSD+ configuration window, the Direct FMPx Link ID defines the port to receive from FMP, which is the same as the port defined in the 1R.bat file.
Choose "Monitor Source Audio" if there's no synchronization and a signal present. This seems to be related to noise.

Please do not select "No Digital Voice Synthesis," as this will result in no voice output. I am also unclear about the differences between the other options. I hope an expert can provide clarification.

This decoding protocol.

In FMP24-VC.bat, the `-p` parameter is used to adjust the PPM value.
I hope this brief tutorial will be helpful to you, and I also hope it can spark further discussion and encourage experts in the field to share their insights.
