我认为申请范围往大了写总是没错的

每个地区管理机构对政策解读不一样，所以各地会存在差异济南市通信范围是A类选择省内，B类以上选择省际及涉外但是使用区域，一般都是默认全国，这一点给济南无委点赞

SuoYuC The license application is complete. The A-class licenses issued in Gansu are only valid within the province, which is quite disappointing. In Qinghai Province, A-class licenses are valid nationwide. Different regions have different requirements. BI4KKF is right: if you want to fly further, you need to take the B license. The B license isn't enough; you need to take the C license.

这个就是地方无管推脱责任懒政的问题了。
ABC虽然不涉及通信范围，但是很多地方默认A类批省内，设B类台通信范围才给你批全国，甚至有的地方C类电台执照上写的通信范围还是省内。
考完B/C起码可以去和无管刚一下，有通联全国的需求，让他给改范围。

BG9JDI Seriously? If I get a B, it has to be within the province, right? What's the point then?
Next year I need to pass the B exam, but if they don't let me travel outside, I'll have to cancel it and apply for a license in Qinghai instead. That would be awful.
There were more applicants from Gansu than Qinghai, and those who took the A-class exam had a higher number. I obtained my operating license in Xining, and then applied for it back home.
