石民执告〔2024〕1号
“石家庄业余无线电俱乐部”未经登记，擅自以社会团体名义进行活动，违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第三条之规定，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十二条和《取缔非法民间组织暂行办法》第九条之规定，我局于2024年5月30日予以取缔（取缔决定书文书编号：石民执取〔2024〕1号）。

特此公告。

此类通报对规范无线电爱好者群体活动秩序起到警示作用，河北省民政厅同步开通了非法社会组织网络举报通道加强社会监督。

Maintain a loose structure and avoid formal organizational structures and bylaws. Do not charge fixed fees, and ensure that the activities are purely for enjoyment.
Once the number of enthusiasts reaches the threshold required for registering as a social organization, make every effort to legalize the activity. Since the registration process can take a long time, maintain a relaxed state before successful registration and avoid using the name "organizing committee."

Because this announcement was issued by the Civil Affairs Bureau, which oversees social organizations, rather than the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), which regulates radio communications, it does not represent an official denial of radio activities. Club: Profitable, managed by the Market Supervision Bureau, and easy to register.
