11月考过A证马上去线下验机了，等到现在看北京协会这个月一批执照都没下，只下了几批操作证，看了下前几个月到20几号都得下两三批执照了，是不是最近在协调U段频点影响执照核发啊

11月的都还没下吗那我这要等到啥时候啊

Now, I'm looking at the licenses issued by the Beijing association this month, but they haven't released any yet, only a few batches of operating permits. Looking back at the previous months up to around the 20th, it seems that two or three batches of licenses were required. Could this be related to recent efforts to coordinate the U-band frequency point and its impact on license issuance?
