Yaesu/SUN SDR-ICOM handheld to IC-COM adapter
It's possible to convert most of the Yaesu RJ45-based handheld microphones into a universal GX16 interface compatible with ICOM, allowing you to connect and use features like the microphone and PTT (Push-to-Talk).
This adapter can be used with ICOM handheld/base/earphones and Yaesu radios, suitable for all RJ45-compatible Yaesu radios and GX16 ICOM radios.
Because the SUN SDR front-end MIC2 also uses RJ45 and is compatible with Yaesu's definition, it can be used simultaneously with SUN SDR shortwave radios.

It was originally intended to be a headphone project, but I also wanted to include some additional features for compatibility.
Built-in bias power circuit solves the problem of Yaesu handheld microphone interface not having a bias, which prevents direct connection to polarized or capacitor microphones; an external 3.5mm interface is provided for convenient connection to foot pedals (PTTs).
You can choose any color for the 3D-printed case; I used a two-tone design in my picture.
The Yaesu interface button has been reserved; you can connect it yourself if needed.
