This is unrelated to operating licenses. To use across regions according to regulations, you must strictly adhere to the station address specified on the license. If it states "national," there is no need to worry. However, if it specifies a provincial or specific fixed address, cross-provincial use is not permitted.
If a license is obtained remotely, it must comply with the regulations. If the radio station's operating area falls within a province without a fixed location or a fixed location within that province, approval will be granted by the local authority. If the operating area extends beyond that province (typically referred to as "national without a fixed location"), approval from the place of residence is required. For non-resident situations, proof of residence typically includes a residency permit.
