You can create a record when sending standard mail.

A unique QR code will be generated, supporting one-click printing and also supporting receipt printers.

Place the QR code inside the envelope and scan it at the receiving desk to confirm receipt!

The system also supports features such as recording QSO communication logs and QSL exchange applications.

NOTICE

It is currently still in a closed beta testing phase.

Currently, features such as email notifications and record export have not yet been added.

Subsequently, we will consider adding a QR code for receiving submissions (a fixed QR code link to collect surveys).

I have confirmed that the button can be moved to the top, but it is not visible at the bottom where many people are. Additionally, the page could be simplified; much of the content is not very useful and actually makes it more difficult for others to scan and fill out.
