BG5BQB I think coordinating something like this in Zhejiang would be more difficult than in Beijing. Zhejiang is much larger geographically, with 11 cities, and even if each city had just one repeater, that would still require 22 frequencies, plus the direct frequency of 438.500 MHz, for a minimum of 23 frequencies. It would actually be better to return the 430-440 MHz band to HAM radio operators.
