Two M4-2.5 type welding heads 2.5mm thick, heat-resistant, soft silicone cable – 1 red segment, 1 black segment Heat shrink tubing, 1 piece each of red and black M3 x 12 screws, 1 set of mother (diagram not shown)
BG7PUW In Figure 3, did you install the U-shaped terminal upside down? I think it should be installed with the curved side facing up.
BA3QU BG7PUW The components are not installed backward. If they are installed backward, the wires and PCB will be too close together, which increases the risk of contact. The bottom has a PCB mounting hole, and the inside of the hole is an aluminum casting.
BG7MHZ Make sure you carefully examine and connect this single-pole Anderson connector before using it. Also, be careful not to misconnect the battery end; it is not completely foolproof!
bh1cqz However, I think it's better to start by installing a power supply with an Anderson connector first, rather than removing the original motherboard's power interface.
NetworkNeighborhood This is a great plan; I'm really interested in it. I'm planning to upgrade my 7300 to the XT60.
BG6QFO Anderson and XT60 can be quickly adapted to external power sources, which is very convenient. I don't have a 3D printer, so I directly modified the XT90 socket with IC718, and it works well too.
