Using a mobile phone on high-speed roads is equivalent to calling "Legendary Communication," so I started designing two public communication systems for personal use.

Platform fees are generally the highest, followed by card fees. The most inexpensive items we currently have are the physical radios.

Process
I purchased two public-use radios that had just arrived from Syria through a contact in Dalian. Fortunately, the platform was free.
Then, we just need to think about the card issue. Two radios, totaling 20 yuan, and after inserting a mobile phone SIM card, they can connect normally, and you can directly purchase an IoT card.
The risk is very high. If you are using a mobile or two-way radio, then your card can only be used with mobile networks.
Since my travel needs are not very high, I bought a SIM card with a monthly fee of 5G/10 yuan, and it works perfectly without any problems.
Once you insert the card, it will be usable.
User experience
The delay on this device is quite significant; it takes about one second for the sound to be heard by the other party after speaking. The audio quality is only at a DMR level, but thankfully, the sound is very clear. If you play music, it sounds like a heavy metal concert.
Purchasing a public communication system carries risks, and it's important to be well-prepared. If the platform you use is compromised or if someone steals your card, your equipment will instantly become useless.
