Hello, fellow members of the HamCQ community!
As the community has grown, there have been many requests for exchanging cards, and I've received several related development proposals. One proposal in particular caught my attention and I'd like to share it with everyone.
A hobby radio enthusiast with many years of experience in the postal industry. @BH8UTF , I was contacted through the community a short time ago. After several rounds of communication and discussion, the community finally reached an agreement with him and signed relevant agreements, jointly providing QSL card services for everyone.
It should be noted that, after each order is completed, 20% of the funds will be allocated to support community development, and the remaining portion will be @BH8UTF Providing business support, and thank you for your frontline support.
🏝During the trial operation, we opened various channels to listen to your feedback, which will help us better understand this process and objectively verify the feasibility and principles of this product. After the trial operation, it is possible that relevant functions related to the "card bureau" will be directly integrated into the community in the future.
📢 Price disclosure
The following table shows the pricing information after our careful review. Given that we have very limited access to information, we would greatly appreciate your feedback if you find any inappropriate pricing or better route recommendations. Please note that this is not the final pricing.
Sending to the recipient's card center service:
- If 200 or more cards are issued within 2 years, they must be sent to the recipient's local card issuing office.
- Currently, it does not support sending blank cards to the working group via mail, nor does it support issuing replacement cards.
Small batch, rapid transit:
- Valid for 12 months or within 1 year of issue.
- Send to a designated recipient, or a designated QSL card issuing agency/agent.
Consignment service:
- What is consignment service?
- This refers to packaging your cards together in a card set, and leveraging the business advantages of the card set to reduce your card issuance costs.
- For example, if you have a letter with content that needs to be sent, the postal price is 1.2 yuan, and the cost of the card set is 0.8 yuan. You can package it in the card set for代寄 (代寄).
- One-to-one, sent to a specific person
- Within 3 working days
Email services:
What is an email service?
- We provide a dedicated address for your card set, which you can use as your receiving address. We offer a separate mailbox with support for regular mail, registered mail, and packages. Based on the address information you submit, we will internally create an address mapping and forward your mail to your actual address.
What are the advantages of using a private mailbox service provided by postal services compared to opening a personal mailbox through a postal service?
- Most people experience lost mail when sending regular letters, especially those from overseas. This is particularly common after the postal worker translates the address, making it more likely to be misdelivered.
- Personal mailboxes are not available everywhere, and those that are typically have higher fees. They also only accept regular letters and registered mail.
- Future features include: visual card photo display, intuitive interaction with cards, and statistics on the number of cards.
- Protect your address privacy
Responsible for daily card collection; enjoy one free card pickup service per year.
- The working group must process all requests within 7 days of receipt, or by January 7th of the following year, limiting the quantity to 3 kg or 600 pieces per shipment, with a rate of 3 yuan per kilogram for any excess.
- For exceeding the limit, each additional 10 yuan (up to 400) with an extra charge of 4 yuan for every 200.
For users in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, an additional postage fee of 50 yuan is required. We can provide either 2 kg or 400 pieces, whichever arrives first based on the standard quantity.
What is a high-frequency mailbox?
- We offer a high-frequency package: 120 yuan/year, with one transmission per month, allowing you to receive up to 12 times in a year. The number of cards received each time is unlimited, and if you want to receive more than twice in a given month, you can use the remaining credits from the next month.

During the trial operation period, all order creation will be done via email. Please send your orders to the following format:QSL@studio.hamcq.cn Once we receive your email information, we will reply to the corresponding order within 7 business days.

3) Necessary information: The recipient's address information, which must include the callsign and communication address (for sending to the card issuing agency, you need to fill in the name of the country in Chinese and its abbreviation, as well as the English abbreviation of the landmass [AF] Africa, [EU] Europe, [AS] Asia, [OA] Oceania, [NA] North America, [SA] South America, [AN] Antarctica).

More card work group service rules explanation
- All letters will be kept in their envelopes (for letters received via mail, printed materials, etc., treated as packages). The outer packaging and filler material of the package will not be retained. All envelopes will be stored together by mailbox number, without being individually matched to the corresponding QSL card.
- Currently, we are still processing manually, so we are not uploading envelope image information yet.
- The envelopes are returned along with the card; each envelope has a pre-allocated credit limit.
- The multiple letters enclosed in the same envelope will be processed separately, without retaining the envelopes. Letters without a list of contents and categorization within will be returned to the sender.
Regarding the handling of overdue payment emails, due to the large volume of mail processed by the card group, any letter or package received that exhibits the following characteristics:
- The letter was postmarked with a "deficit postage" stamp.
- The letter was returned with a postage stamp indicating "Use of false postal certificate, insufficient postage."
- "Pay-on-Delivery" package
The costs incurred will be borne by the users of the mailbox, and any group that refuses to pay will have their application rejected and returned.
Letters using false postage stamps cannot be returned. The working group will notify the letter recipient of this situation, and the working group will cover the postage costs. The letters will then be handed over to the postal service and market audit departments for processing.
