二级学院下社团成团，与其他普通学生相比优势在于在活动室有自己的电台桌且不限电量，现在天线是拉到楼下藏在林子里的GP，效果不佳打算搬到楼顶，楼顶架设位置已经勘探好，零件也已经到齐。
拉了两个人入坑，其中一个报了全省最后一场旧A证考试然后零基础硬啃了两个星期旧A题库考过了，另一个还在学习，准备放假回天津去考A。
本地情况：县级市，本地有一定量的HAM但不活跃，市区有前辈提供给我们20m高的7单元八木免费使用，学校附近有年轻HAM在搞技术研发，本地中继下行工地干扰不断而且凉的一塌糊涂。
学校情况：对学生的处罚力度属于“总有一条适合你”。

The local HAM (amateur radio operator) community should be quite supportive of the group, so there's no need to worry about that.

Unfortunately, I can't offer any specific advice on this matter (since I haven't been involved in school administration).
However, regardless of the situation, since you are a student organization, there must be a faculty advisor. Contact your advisor and ask them to create an account for you. If your institution has a relevant academic department or technical program, you can also contact that department.

Regarding the club, we are not a radio club ourselves, but rather another club that allows me to operate these activities, and has attracted members from previous and future cohorts. As for the repeater, it is completely inactive; while it can be turned on normally, no one uses it. Currently, a temporary vertical antenna with poor performance has been installed on the roof, and the school administration has not yet discovered this antenna.

Currently, the vertical antenna (V) is only 1.7 meters from the floor. When used with an automatic antenna rotator, the results are not very satisfactory. Currently, I am considering replacing it with a GP antenna or installing longer telescopic supports and longer feed lines to bring the V antenna up to a height greater than half a wavelength.
