I find that CRAC's answer sheet, with circles instead of squares [A], is quite interesting.

I hesitated about using a standard answer sheet, but ultimately decided not to, because I was already familiar with using general English exam answer sheets... and I also didn't intend to have the layout perfectly consistent.
However, if I have a high-resolution photo of the answer card that I currently use, I can take some time to make one and print it on demand.
