求适配WIN11版本的SDRuno软件用于SDR RSP1A接收及查看频谱

@"[未知用户]"#p86568 国内的RSP1A使用win10版的SDRuno需要一些破解手段。我对win11版本的有疑问，想请教一下win11版本是否也需要使用破解手段，避免直接安装官方win11版本再安装相关破解补丁的时候出错。

已有HAM友告知SDRUNO 1.42.1710版本在win11下可以正常使用。
