If I understand correctly, if applying for a cross-province installation requires including previous "cross-province pole installation records," then does "previous cross-province pole installation" refer to installing poles without obtaining the necessary cross-province installation qualification? And if so, would that result in a -5000 penalty?

Is Zhejiang Province's "Give-and-Get" program implemented?

I remember that my application was rejected when I initially submitted it, and then they called me to say that I needed to apply again from outside the province, which usually takes about a month. The location was Ningbo.

I saw a video today that mentioned the issue of approving travel documents for people in the Jiang and Zhejiang provinces, specifically stating that applications to travel outside the province without a fixed plan would not be approved. It was also stated that approval could only be granted if a detailed travel plan outside the province was submitted.
