Select "No fixed site" below. A fixed site is also possible.
Then click "Confirm" to proceed to the next step.
Next, you will be prompted to select the approving department based on your specific circumstances and fill in the relevant information.
The following is the applicant's basic information, which you need to fill in: Communication address, postal code, category of operating technical skills, operating technical skills certificate number, mobile phone number, email address (you can choose whether or not to use electronic mail delivery based on actual circumstances).
The following station names should be filled in using the format: Name + Amateur Radio Callsign
The usage options include: vehicle-mounted and handheld/backpack, or both. (Note that if you choose the vehicle-mounted option, you will need to provide your license plate number.)
The designated area below allows for selection of a license across provinces (but requires an explanation, and only grants a license valid for the specified period based on that explanation. Next, you need to fill in the province you are traveling to). Also, licenses within the same province.

The validity period for the station license can be chosen as five years (my temporary license is only one year).
