If you have a balance charger for RC models, you can buy a 4S phosphate iron lithium battery pack. Phosphate iron lithium batteries can output 3.2V for a long time, and 4S is equivalent to 12.8V. I use a 4S 4P 24Ah pack, which is sufficient but heavy; each cell weighs 2.4kg. It has no protection board, so the balance charger ensures safe charging of the battery during charging, and the BB module with a setting for single-cell 2.8V low voltage alarm is used during discharge to prevent overcharging and overdischarging. This way, even if the protection board malfunctions, it avoids the risk of overcharging and discharging the battery, which could cause an explosion. You can try making one yourself or buying a large brand RC battery pack from outside the official channel. Adding an XT60 to four-cell shortwave power cable allows you to use it. Once you're on a high-speed train, don't even consider this DIY battery pack; it has no certification. It sounds scary, but in practice, it is very reliable.
