I mailed the letter on November 10th, and it was handed over to the carrier. However, after entering North Korea, there were no further updates on its location. Yesterday, I received a returned letter with a return/cancellation notice attached, stating that the address was invalid. This appears to be because I did not specify "Korean Voice Radio Station" as the recipient and included a stamp from Pyongyang, which proves that the postal route is valid!
