If HamCQ community users have any objections to decisions made by the HamCQ community based on this regulation, they can provide feedback through posts in the forum section or comment on violation notifications.
It can be inferred that there is a feedback area specifically for "violation notification topics." However, I have not received any notifications related to violation notifications, and I have also not found any results when searching within the platform using the keyword "violation notification."
Therefore, I submitted a public response to the management team:
- Was the removal of the post based on the "Community Guidelines"?
- The person who performed the deletion operation (e.g., if publicly identifiable)
- Does a public and transparent mechanism for reporting violations exist, or should it?
According to Section 9 of the Community Guidelines:
Due to the inherent ambiguity of the concept of "online harassment," the community allows users to express opinions, including critical or negative information, while encouraging open discussion. However, it is important that any criticism or critique be distinguished from online harassment. The community sets certain expectations for users regarding their language, motivations, and methods, emphasizing rational discussion and respect for others' viewpoints. This aims to promote understanding, improve communication, and foster meaningful dialogue, rather than resorting to abusive, aggressive, or demeaning language and behavior.
Please provide a public response from the management team clarifying that this post is not intended to encourage non-community-approved opinions and allows for critical commentary. Throughout the posting and replying process, I have consistently maintained an objective and rational approach, without using any abusive or insulting language. Based on the AI analysis (not my initial attempt to use AI to analyze this post), my posts do not constitute personal attacks. There are many discussions related to technical issues within the thread, and in my first post, I clearly described my technical design and responded thoroughly to most of the technical discussions within the thread. I have also shared all the technical information that I possess regarding this design. Therefore, I would like to know if this constitutes meaningful thought, feedback, and discussion as required by the community guidelines.
I would like to suggest to the management team that directly deleting the post is not appropriate. I recommend instead changing the title (such as "BI7JAT's self-description: Losing Enthusiasm, Newcomer Seeking Guidance - Encountering Roadblocks") and removing irrelevant and inflammatory threads. This incident serves as an example: whether it involves criticizing unscrupulous businesses, discussing digital voice formats, or reflecting on community building…
Finally, I would like to thank those who have replied in this thread. @BG5UWQ I have shared some suggestions for community building, and I request that the management team publicly share the suggestions that were lost due to posts being deleted. I also hope to receive a response from the management team regarding this matter.
