On September 27th, representatives from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) provided an overview of the current amateur radio activity in Fujian Province, including the status of license applications and the issuance of licenses.
As of now, Fujian Province has approved a total of 1643 amateur radio stations (stations), with 1535 station identification codes. A total of 2383 amateur radio enthusiasts in the province have registered, including 2029 individuals holding Class A licenses, 354 individuals holding Class B licenses, and 10 individuals holding Class C licenses.
The amateur radio call sign and station setup are jointly approved by the Radio Regulatory Authority, and applications are processed and licenses issued on the same day to ensure convenience for applicants.
