I recall that about a year ago, I saw a couple using my local repeater under the guise of "communication" to publicly display their affection, including details like dinner and meeting locations. However, they were subsequently reprimanded by a local ham radio operator. This behavior is simply beyond what a licensed amateur radio operator should do.
