rt，本人天津市某大学学生，因不慎将ham身份暴露给导员（bushi），被找来办活动😅 学校想搞一个类似“红色电台”的活动，其中一个部分希望能够让同学们动手制作一个“小电台”，收发CW（老师说摩斯码比较有感觉🤔），发点“爱国三问”之类的内容体验一下🤔 考虑到学校要拿去宣发，想请教一下有没有什么完全合法的途径实现上述功能已有条件：学校里能凑出几个ham（不过在业余段进行应该是违法的吧） QTH津南区某宝上一众套件也不知是否合法不会最后变成2.4g无线鼠标吧😭😭
