zorro145 Due to the dense urban environment, V-band signal propagation is difficult in cities, and Shanghai is particularly challenging due to tall buildings that obstruct the signal. Direct frequency communication over long distances is difficult unless you have a very high antenna or are located in a specific location. Try using a repeater; if it works, you can likely communicate with many more HAMs than you could through direct frequency.
