刚凑着安徽上个月27号的B类考试把B证考到手了，打算买个G90S玩短波。考虑到临近双十一，想询问各位友台建议等双十一买全新的设备或是咸鱼买二手？另外看到此前有友台说G90S二手价格在1.7k左右，但我目前在咸鱼上看到的均不低于1.9k，不知道当前价格如何？

买90N吧，90S超过15W了，你可能上不了执照……

我也在看，建议全新的。最近双十一预热的短波电台价格明显比618价格高了不少，有些还缺货了。实在不行双十二再看看。

学校里有两三位朋友正在使用g90的，普遍反响一般，不太建议all in预算作为主力机，但只作为ft8挂机刷dx的设备到是挺方便的。

转述一下我校BD7PRI老师的感受：优点：在一众国产台里算是皮实耐造的，带频谱，内置天调，内置的小天分可以在野架时快速调整天线，HF新手用来开荒做一些基本的QSO没有太大问题。缺点：整体做工以及屏幕比较粗糙，有小概率串广播，接受灵敏度比日本台稍差，内置的cw decode基本不可用，降噪的作用不大。

Should I buy a new XieGu G90S or a used one?

Considering that it's near Singles Day (November 11th), I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations: should I buy a new device before Singles Day, or should I look for a used one on a platform like Xianyu?
I also saw a report from another source stating that used G90S units were priced around 1.7k, but I'm currently seeing listings on Xianyu where the prices are all above 1.9k. I'm wondering what the current market price is?

Here's what my BD7PRI teacher at the school had to say:

Advantages: Compared to other domestic radios, it is relatively durable and reliable. It includes a spectrum analyzer and built-in local transceiver, as well as a small antenna tuner that allows for quick adjustment of the antenna in the field. For beginners on HF frequencies, it can be used effectively for basic QSO operations without major issues.

Disadvantages: The overall workmanship and screen quality are rough, with a small probability of interference from other broadcasts. The sensitivity to receiving signals is slightly lower than Japanese stations. The built-in CW decoder is practically unusable. Its noise reduction function is not very effective.

BA4RCM I would like to add that when setting up the G90S with BA4QCN, it can be affected by other radio stations transmitting on different frequencies, which results in a "popping" sound during reception. This is a drawback (perhaps a filter could be added?).

If your budget allows, it's recommended to purchase a new device, which would cost around 300 yuan/RMB less than a used one. Last year, the prices were below 2,000 yuan/RMB.

If I could install an outdoor or rooftop antenna, that would be great. However, if I can only install the antenna in a window on my balcony, then SSB is basically out of the question; I can only use FT8. Also, the workmanship of this device is not very good; even the tuning knob is not perfectly round, it's crooked.

如果买二手的G90s注意看是新批次还是老批次，新批次机身和G90N是一样用的安德森电源插头的散热会说是会好一点。老批次机身电源插头用的是小田宫插头而且散热不太好，很烫。貌似现在在产的G90S和N唯一的区别就是机头固件不一样，机身都是新机身。
至于优缺点，我两年用下来基本上和上面的回复基本一样，这里再说下一些未提到的。
1、机身的螺丝和上盖板容易生锈。可能是因为我只野架使用导致的。
2、超过15w使用发热非常严重。可能是因为使用的功放管设计设计输出是16w，在加上散热不好。
3、机内噪声问题。在使用低增益天线或者输入机器的信号非常小时，机器会发以每秒1次的频率发出”嘟“的声音，类似BPM那种。这个问题其实可以忽略，一般不影响使用。
4、FM模式不太好用。G90s的FM模式是没核准的，最早的固件是没有FM模式的，后面的随着固件更新才有了FM模式，但FM模式接收一直是有问题的，会有没声音和声音小的问题，在最近更新的1.81固件改善了这个问题。如果不玩10米FM可忽略这个问题。
5、60米波段未核准。没有这个核准没啥影响，可能是因为这个波段的业余业务是次要业务，不过机器在这个波段是可以发射的。
6、波轮不好用。这个可以更换。
7、没有脚撑。我的是老批次机身，因此底部没任何脚垫，如果桌子低了，需要在机头下面拿东西垫一下操作才方便。新批次机身加了4个脚垫。
8、说明书更新不及时。新版本固件改了很多功能，比如滤波器带宽的调整、瀑布图与频谱图幅度，这些修改只在固件更新说明里才有，没有在说明书上进行修改，目前官网的说明书还是2022年上传的。

经过2年的使用下来，我觉得G90S或者N作为一台入门机来说是没什么问题的。相比于进口设备的高价格、老设备的不确定因素、自制设备核准的困难，这是比较不错的选择了。
