我没有设置过，但从其它HAM的经验来看，有的城市是仍然提供这项业务的。直接咨询当地邮政部门即可。

楼下没有信箱吗？天津不确定还有没有这个服务

邮政集团18年起（下发了：邮政专用信箱管理办法）就停止个人信箱业务了，只能单位用户办理。
