I submitted my application for spectrum allocation to MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) on February 26, 2025, but I have not yet received any response.
This is the content of my application that I see in the WeChat mini program, and the one at the bottom is the large license I have successfully obtained.

I initially submitted my application in December 2023, and on January 5, 2024, a local government official contacted me to request additional materials. Subsequently, the process continued through...A series of challengesI obtained my license in September 2024.
Based on my previous experience, my new license should have arrived by now. At the very least, the status in my application should show "Accepted." If an inspection or additional documentation is required, I would expect that the local authorities would have contacted me already. However, as of now, there's no difference between this page and when I submitted my application, and I haven't received any communication.
I contacted the Bureau of Radio Management, Ground Business Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology a few days ago via 010-68209721. The staff member asked for my name and, after checking their system, informed me that they couldn't find it. Before this, I called the radio management departments in the city and province to inquire, and the responses I received were that the license belonged to the ministry for approval, and they had no authority to intervene. Furthermore, I hadn't received any notification from a higher-level authority regarding my application for a license (e.g., rejection or requiring additional materials).
I would like to ask my friends for their advice. Have any of you encountered similar situations when applying for a large license? And how should these be resolved?
