新版质谱是无法看到电子操作证的，老版本的质谱可以。8月的时候，老版本质谱上是可以看到老版本的电子操作证的。我通过B类考试的时候还特地在旧版质谱上更新电子操作证，结果出来了个带新操作证编号的老板版格式的电子操作证。我还特地截屏保存下来了。今天登录质谱发现再也看不到电子操作证了。不知道大家使用老版本质谱的HAM是否也是这样的情况。

谈一个非技术的解释：过去的操作证以CRAC名义发放，现在是以各地工信部门名义发，发证单位变了，所以CRAC的APP上不再展示不归他们管理的证件了以上为个人解读

Here's a non-technical explanation: Previously, operation certificates were issued under the name "CRAC." Now, they are issued in the names of local industrial and commercial departments. Since the issuing authority has changed, the CRAC app no longer displays certificates that fall under their management.
