Given that a new round of SSTV has begun on the ISS, and due to some errors in existing tutorials within the station, I am rewriting this article to help everyone change their cards.After all, the ISS's current operational status may not last for many years.
This tutorial explains SSTV SWL (Single Sideband Television Listening) support for QSL cards on the ISS, using the most common method. The ISS supports Voice, Packet, SSTV, APRS, Repeater communication and SWL (Short Wave Listening).
First, fill out the QSL card after receiving a signal.
For example, recent SSTV transmissions have all been originating from RS0ISS. Therefore, the callsign should be filled in as RS0ISS, and SWL and MODE should be set to SSTV, using UTC time as shown in the following figure:
Similarly, if you have completed communication with NA1SS via a repeater, enter their call sign (NA1SS), check the "OUR QSO" box, and select FM as the mode.

In SASE, you write your return address in the lower right corner of the envelope. In mainland China, you can use Chinese characters. Money-saving tip: Currently, Japan supports exchanging cards using "pre-filled QSL cards." Specifically, multiple radio station QSL cards are sent together in one envelope, and the recipient also returns them in a separate envelope. However,It is very important to pay attention to the relationship between weight and shipping costs!
