我用的就是M01天线，加上简单的地网。在北京二环内目前可以通联到广州、湖南、鄂尔多斯、江苏、俄罗斯。其他的还在试验中。

Is the MA-56 the only solution currently available on the market that allows an M male connector to mate with a M10 female port?

I just happen to have an antenna mount with an M-type connector.
The antenna suction cup has magnets on its bottom, allowing it to be directly attached to the outdoor unit of an air conditioner or the roof of a car.

Recently, I've been considering trying a full-size GP antenna without any gain (since I was previously using the V and MA-01), because I already have a 5.6m m10 pole mount antenna. So, I'm looking for products that can allow me to fix the 5.6m antenna onto my existing antenna suction cup.

The MA-56 meets my needs very well, but the price is a bit high.
Are there any other solutions available for my specific needs, which involve both road paving and concrete ground/roof support frame GP requirements?

The standard GP antenna base – whether I need to attach ground stakes, a tripod, or simply connect it directly to my antenna's suction cup.

I've already purchased the MA-56, and it was a bit expensive.

From a different perspective, since you already have the MA-01 base, you could also buy an M6 to M10 adapter, and the 2.5-meter pull rod should work fine. However, I haven't tried the 5.6-meter pull rod, so I don't know if it's strong enough.😂

I am using the M01 antenna, along with a simple ground network. Currently, I can connect to Guangzhou, Hunan, Ordos, Jiangsu, and Russia within the second ring of Beijing. The others are still under testing.
