It's almost impossible to distinguish them, but it seems that callsigns like BAx2 (e.g., BA1AA) are most likely C-class radio station callsigns, while BDx2 is likely a C- or B-class radio station callsign. BGx2 probably belongs to an older ham radio operator, and this pattern applies nationwide.
If you have a good understanding of the call sign allocation patterns for a particular province, there may be more patterns to discover. However, as the practice of re-issuing call signs becomes increasingly common, these patterns are also becoming less and less definitive.
For example, my call sign, which belongs to the same area (Zone 2), might be seen as an older HAM radio by Liaoning friends, because the Liaoning call sign has already been assigned with the BI2 prefix. The BG2 prefix in Jilin province hasn't been fully allocated yet.
