问题已解决，LoTW在原有证书基础上再申请个QRP的证书。 QRZ.COM可以在设置里面新增一个带后缀的呼号。

QRZ Logbook 里面可以直接新增一个别的呼号的 Logbook, 同样有效

lotw是要申请新证书的，申请方式和不带后缀的呼号一样

The issue has been resolved; LoTW will apply for a new QRP certificate based on their existing one.
In the settings of QRZ.COM, you can add a new call sign with a suffix.

You can directly add another logbook with a different call sign within the QRZ Logbook, and it will work just as well.
