I've carefully reviewed what you said and I think I understand your meaning to be approximately this:
The headset interface has only 4 cables.
The headset requires a separate power supply to function.
The headphones use 2 wires.
The microphone uses two wires.
This resulted in a lack of spare power lines.
Is this what you mean?
There are two more questions:
1. What is the VCC voltage you are referring to for the DX10? Is it 13.8V?
2. What voltage does the microphone require? Is the 5V provided by MIC+ sufficient?
