Okay, I support that. The card is still under design and we should proceed with the exchange.
I have a question regarding the RST reports: I see that most of them are either 58 or 59, but when I read the signal strength (S) from the meter, it's usually lower, and even if the needle fluctuates, I consider it good. Should I stick to reporting the actual values?
Also, regarding the "R" value, I see that most of my reports are 5, but when I listen (e.g., SSB), I often hear some noise or modulation, and I think giving a value of 3-4 would be more accurate.
Currently, I'm just renewing my license for listening only, and I suspect it might be due to poor antenna or location, but I'm also wondering if there's something misleading about the signal reports themselves.
