@"BG5TOX"#p78174 还真不是，我今天拿了一个我们项目中用到的标准接头，试了一下，还是把母头内导体顶进去了。然后我把母头的聚四氟乙烯中心孔扩了一下情况有所改善，但母头内导体深度不够又被顶进去了3mm。

换个思路，把K6的公头换了

啊？我之前买的成品单头馈线是能正常旋进去的，到底是你买的这个馈线有问题，还是你的k6有问题？

@"shxyke"#p78267 成品线肯定是没问题的，因为网页上直接写明了是对讲机用的，单独买SMA接头会有问题。因为正常SMA公头的内导体顶端和根部直径不一样，会有一个台阶，连接母头后台阶正好消失。UV－K６的SMA接头不是这样的，它的内导体是上下一样粗的，这样和母头连接后会形成一个小台阶，但由于对讲机最高也就U段，这个台阶尺寸远小于传输频率的波长，对阻抗匹配的影响不是很明显，同时呢更粗的内导体可以增加耐用性。所以网上能买到的通用性SMA馈线接头就接不上去。 😂让大家见笑了，我是西南某985高校的微波领域毕业的博士，这方面不说专业的也是有一定积累的，这个问题是真实存在的，所以我直接提的就是有没有这种接头的购买链接。

是买的SMA外纹内孔的母头吗？我买过几个没遇到你说的问题。

The standard SMA-K-3 connector has too small of a center conductor hole, so the center conductor of my antenna connector is too thick and won't fit. Does anyone have a link to a 50-3 coaxial SMA connector?

As for this issue, it's likely that the middle part is misaligned.

BG5TOX Actually, it wasn't the case. Today, I used a standard connector that we use in our project and tried it out. However, the center conductor of the female end still went inside. Then, I widened the PTFE center hole of the male end slightly, which improved the situation somewhat, but the center conductor depth was still not enough, and it went inside another 3mm.

shxyke The finished cable is definitely a problem, because the website clearly states that it is designed for use with walkie-talkies. Buying SMA connectors separately would not work. Normal SMA connectors have different diameters at the top and bottom of the male connector, which creates a step that disappears when connected to the female connector. The UV-K6 SMA connector does not have this feature; its internal conductor has the same diameter throughout, which creates a small step when connected to the female connector. However, since walkie-talkies only use U-band frequencies, this step is much smaller than the wavelength of the transmission frequency, so the effect on impedance matching is not significant. Furthermore, the thicker internal conductor also increases durability. Therefore, general-purpose SMA feedline connectors that can be purchased online cannot be used with the UV-K6 connector.
😂I'm just saying, I'm a PhD graduate from a top university in Southwest China specializing in microwave technology. Even if you don't have a professional background in this field, there are still people with some experience. This is a real issue, so I'm asking directly: does anyone have a purchase link for this?

BG7MGW Yes, I'm using the standard SMA-K-3 connector. It has an outer thread and inner hole. I tried several connectors from my company, but they didn't work well. I already bought a connector from the "Specialty Flagship Store" to try again, but it still doesn't work. If that doesn't work, I plan to buy an adapter to try another solution.

BG2GNF I'm probably still a good distance away from the main person, so don't overestimate me. If the center conductor is pushed in, it can be repaired; if it's a connector, just push it in from the other end; and if it's connecting to a feed line, it's likely unsalvageable. I simply cut it off directly.
