The original editor would then have the option to transfer, share, or deny access; if the original uploader hasn't made any changes for an extended period, subsequent editors could also gain access directly, or the moderators could make a decision based on the situation.
This can address the following situations:
- The original editor was not the owner of the repeater; now, the repeater owner wants to edit the entry.
- The parameters have changed, but the initial editor has left the project.
- One item refers to a pre-agreed frequency point, rather than a facility owned by someone.
