Introduction:
This mailbox is located at address 23, Beijing.
Current services: Currently, we only support card receiving and sending; the service for receiving and sending cards is currently under development.
Business details:
Purpose of this service: This mailbox can be used as your receiving address, and it can help you store various mail items sent by postal services from different countries (including letters, packages, etc., sent by any country's postal service). It also supports using China Post's remittance service based on the address, but only for receiving remittances; it does not support currency exchange.
Here's a comparison of this service versus individual inbox advantages:
① Solve the problem of easily lost regular mail, and this service can resolve your frequent frustration with losing regular mail, especially overseas letters.
② The prices are affordable, and currently most areas do not support setting up new mailboxes, and the existing ones are expensive.
③ This statement only represents my personal opinion. Most customers believe that it is very helpful for privacy protection, but I think the main purpose of this business is to address the issue of some players receiving too many QSL cards, which makes it difficult to manage, as well as the problem of some customers losing their QSL cards. If you have certain privacy needs, I personally recommend using methods such as providing a delivery address or contacting the community gatekeeper to protect your privacy, without having to spend money on a specific service.
Details on fees:
The previous monthly tiered pricing has been changed to a per-item tiered pricing system.
The fee is 5 yuan per 20 items, with a minimum charge of 20 items. The initial payment will be based on the expected number of letters, and it will be collected monthly. If more than the estimated number of letters are sent, the difference will be added to the next month's fee. If the service is discontinued, the unused portion will be refunded. If fewer than the estimated number of letters are sent, the user must pay for the remaining amount when making the next payment.
When returning mail, we use the standard postal parcel service (with free return shipping for the first item when the total number of items received reaches 150). If you choose to use another method for returning mail, you will be responsible for all postage costs.
Offer optional scanning service, at 0.2 yuan per side (Please note: Scanning requires opening the envelope. To use this service, you must agree to have your envelopes opened for processing). All envelopes will be retained by default.
If you are a friend of Taiwan from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan, and if you have the return shipping costs for the warehouse address, please use the same rates as above. If not, please contact me to discuss the shipping details.
Unboxing time: When signing an agreement with China Post, there is a clear regulation regarding unboxing time. The unboxing will occur four times per month, every Sunday. Therefore, the progress of your card collection will be updated approximately three times per month, or about once every 10 days. Updates will be sent to your account via email.
Additional notes:
If you receive a package with a "Shortage of Postage" stamp, a "False Postage Stamp" stamp, or an undeliverable mail, you must promptly pay the postage. Otherwise, we will return the package. If the false postage prevents us from returning it, it will be directly handled by relevant departments of China Post.
The rental fees for mailboxes vary by region, which results in different operating costs. If you feel that my prices are too high, please consider using a service from another provider with lower rates.

Disclaimer:
Any loss or damage that occurs during the return process is the responsibility of the carrier and is not related to me.
I am not motivated by profit, and my actions are purely non-profit. All paid services are actually operating at a loss. The price increase is due to the fact that previous fees were too low, leading to near bankruptcy.
