(Original) Proposal for donating to Comrade Zhou Xue

Regarding the fundraising initiative for Comrade Zhou Xue.
Dear Members of the Association:
Zhou Xue, female, born on January 6, 2003. This individual is a member of the Sichuan Provincial Radio and Telecommunications Association, a member of the association's Emergency Response Volunteer Team (Yulin Detachment), and holds a Class A radio operator certificate with call sign BH8FZZ.
On the night of August 5, 2025, Zhou Xue was riding an electric bicycle in Longquanyi District when she was involved in a traffic accident involving a delivery truck, resulting in severe head and brain trauma. After receiving intensive treatment at Longquanyi First People's Hospital, she is currently out of immediate danger, but remains in a deep coma with a very poor prognosis.
Comrade Zhou Xue is a graduate from university in 2025. Due to not having yet started working and lacking social insurance or accident insurance, the cost of her treatment primarily relies on funds raised by her family. However, due to limited family resources, even after making every effort to raise funds, the large medical expenses remain insufficient to meet her needs.
At the request of Comrade Zhou Xue's family, the Association's Executive Council has carefully considered this matter and hereby solemnly appeals to all members: in order to save Comrade Zhou Xue's life, we sincerely hope that everyone will extend a helping hand, contribute their love, and actively donate funds to provide strength for treatment and recovery. Together, let us support and cherish the hope of healing.
Donations are voluntary and proceeds will be directly transferred to Comrade Zhou Xue's family account.

Every good deed you perform will bring warmth and strength to Comrade Zhou Xue and his family in their time of need.
