Turn on CHIRP! Access the menu. Radio -> Download From Radio (从电台下载): In the pop-up window, select your radio model and/or choose from different manufacturers. Also, make sure you have selected the correct COM port. If you can't get this right, there's no hope!
Okay! Press OK! Wait for it to finish reading! Don't move anything while it's reading! Be careful, or it might get stuck! If it gets stuck, don't come crying to me!
Okay, I see the tables! Are you talking about modifying frequencies, entering names (like "Trash Fish Repeater #1"), setting up sub-carriers, and adjusting power levels...
