To be honest, simply issuing an "A" certificate is sufficient. The examination itself is just a formality and creates artificial value.

BH4ERY

LureSir Passing the A exam allows you to understand relevant laws and regulations related to wireless communication, and if you were to receive it directly, would you proactively seek out information about these regulations? The A exam is essentially a practical skills assessment, verifying your abilities. Many people fail the A exam! There are still requirements for amateur radio operation.

The theory exams for both Class 1 and Class 4 of the driver's license also have a question bank. So why not just eliminate them? In reality, the purpose is the same: to force you to learn relevant information through passing the exam.

LureSir

BH4ERY Forget it, there are too many unlicensed users. They're using various frequencies on the construction site, roads, and power lines, calling out your call sign. What can you do about it?

BH4ERY

LureSir Haha~

BG4RI

LureSir The key here is self-awareness; it's all about pursuing a hobby!

LureSir

BG4RI That's right, this is what we call self-discipline, or simply self-control.
However, regarding the current state of "associations" and other departments within wireless management, frankly, it's laughable...

I just want to ask you:
The BG4RI radio, operating on different frequencies and at various times in the 4th region, using multiple stations all named "BG4RI". Which one is the genuine station? If a real BG4RI is interfering with other stations while working diligently without setting up its own equipment, should it be held responsible?
