2023年11月28日10:00起，上海市业余无线电操作技术能力验证（A类）考试开始报名。考试日期：2023年12月10日下午14：00 考试地址：虹口区天宝路879号教室：C302,C308 报名方式： 1、网页报名（必须使用电脑）登录CRAC官网，在页面右下方选择【考试信息】，进入业余无线电台操作技术能力信息管理系统进行报名。 2、手机App（务必更新至最新版）前往华为、小米、OPPO、VIVO等各大手机应用市场或者苹果Appstore下载智谱APP，进入业余无线电移动信息平台进行报名。如华为商城搜不到“智谱”APP，点击www.crac.org.cn选择底部的证书查询，打开新页面，再到这个新页面的首页，在下载栏目里面就有安卓安装包注意： 1、鉴于上海市操作证考试名额有限，已报名成功的考生若无法前来参加考试的，烦请在补充材料截止时间内点击报名系统中申请“弃考”（此操作不会影响以后继续报名考试），把考试名额留给其他需要参加考试的考生。谢谢配合！ 2、系统核准通过后，考生须携带打印好的准考证身份证原件及相关考试用具参加考试。上海市业余无线电协会

说实话a证直接发就是了考就是形式主义多此一举制造存在价值

@"LureSir"#p5027 A证通过考试的形式让你了解无电线相关法律法规，直接发的话你会去主动了解法律法规吗？人家考试是操作能力验证考试，是验证你的能力。A证通不过的大有人在！业余无线电还是有门槛的。驾照科目一、四考试也是有题库的，那怎么不直接取消掉呢，其实目的是一样，通过考试强制性让你了解相关信息。

不可否认这种情况确实可能出现，但这也不能作为无条件获取证件的理由呀。以下是小白个人理解哈，即使冒用呼号的人最终取得了自己的呼号能够合法通联，但在仍然缺少对相关法律学习的的情况下，对无线电秩序的干扰依然会存在，情况可能还会更糟，对于管理部门而言这显然是得不偿失的。更何况现在无委对无证操作电台（对讲机）的态度还是很宽容的～不然那些酒店工地都不让用了

Registration method:

1. Online registration (must be done on a computer): Log in to the CRAC website and select "Exam Information" in the lower right corner of the page to register in the Amateur Radio Station Operation Technology Capability Information Management System.

2. Mobile App (Please update to the latest version) Download the ZhiPu app from major mobile application markets such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, VIVO, or the Apple App Store, and register on the Amateur Radio Mobile Information Platform.

If you cannot find the "Zhipu" app on the Huawei Mall, click www.crac.org.cn and select "Certificate Query" from the bottom menu. This will open a new page, and then navigate to the homepage of this new page. You should be able to find the Android installation package in the "Downloads" section.

Please note:

1. Due to the limited number of exam slots available for the Shanghai Operations License examination, if you have already successfully registered and are unable to attend the exam, please click on "Withdraw Application" within the registration system before the deadline to submit additional materials. This action will not affect your ability to register for future exams and will allow other candidates who need to take the exam to obtain a slot. Thank you for your cooperation!

2. After the system has been approved, candidates must bring their printed admission ticket, original ID card, and relevant examination materials to take the exam.

To be honest, simply issuing an "A" certificate is sufficient. The examination itself is just a formality and creates artificial value.

LureSir Passing the A exam allows you to understand relevant laws and regulations related to wireless communication, and if you were to receive it directly, would you proactively seek out information about these regulations? The A exam is essentially a practical skills assessment, verifying your abilities. Many people fail the A exam! There are still requirements for amateur radio operation.

The theory exams for both Class 1 and Class 4 of the driver's license also have a question bank. So why not just eliminate them? In reality, the purpose is the same: to force you to learn relevant information through passing the exam.

If a real BG4RI is interfering with other stations while working diligently without setting up its own equipment, should it be held responsible?
