- You are a hobby radio enthusiast, and you will need to provide your operating license number in order to claim your prize.
- On the day of the draw, the user account registration date must be at least 7 days prior.

Prize rules
General Rules:
- The deadline for participation is August 31, 2025 at 14:30 (Beijing time). All times are in Beijing time.
- One person can comment multiple times, but only the first comment will be valid; comments made after the drawing time are invalid. The drawing process is open and transparent, and can be replicated.
- If a winning floor is drawn multiple times, increment the count for that floor until an effective, non-winning floor is found. All prizes are drawn in sequence to ensure no repetition.
- If an invalid floor number exists, the floor number will be incremented. If the winning floor number does not exist, the floor number will be divided by 2 (rounded up), and this result will be used as the winning floor number, with subsequent floors being incremented accordingly.
First Prize:
When drawing, the winning floor will be the one where the Shanghai Composite Index closes on September 1, 2025, with two decimal places.
For example, if the Shanghai Composite Index closes at 3213.59 on September 1st, then the winning floor is 59. If it's 00, then take the 1st floor. If the number of floors doesn't match, take the last digit of the closing index. If there are no valid floors, advance to the next floor.
Second Prize (Moxon antenna, 3 winners):
First Place: Shanghai Composite Index, closing index integer value (%) with total valid responses.
